Removes the assignment from this category only: the attribute definition itself is untouched, products keep the
values already propagated to them, and subcategories stop inheriting the attribute. An attribute inherited from
a parent category cannot be removed here - call this on the category it is assigned on, which
GET /catalogs/nodes/{id}/attributes reports as assignedOn. Nothing is propagated, and the call also
succeeds when the category has no such attribute; it fails only when the attribute definition itself does not
exist.
