Returns every attribute that applies to the category: the ones assigned on it, plus the ones assigned on a
parent category with propagation switched on. An attribute assigned on a parent without propagation stays on
that parent and is not listed, and when the same attribute is assigned both here and on a parent, the value of
this category is the one returned. Values come back in the requested context, in the field matching the
definition type - attributeValue for the simple types, column, matrix or dictionary for the rest.
assignedOn is the category the returned value is stored on; anything other than this category means the
attribute is inherited and can only be removed on the category named there. copySetOn, lockedSetOn and
mandatorySetOn are the categories that switched propagation, lock and mandatory on, and are empty while the
flag is off - a flag switched on by a parent can only be switched off on that parent, and a parent's lock also
blocks changing the value here.
To review CLA assignments across the whole catalog instead of one category, use
GET /catalogs/nodes/attributes.
