Create a job for updating attributes on assets.

Canonical filtering payload for asset bulk actions, sourced from @bluestone/types.
Declared as a local interface extending the shared type so tsoa inlines its
properties under this name during swagger generation (a bare re-export/alias is
not resolvable by tsoa). Intentionally excludes paging, sorting and quickSearch —
bulk jobs operate on the full filtered set.
